For years all I've ever wanted was to be a mom and now that it's here I just realized I can't do it! You have to have what I don't( the use of two good hands) to use almost all the equipment you need for a baby!
Last night after my baby shower I went home to put the carseat cover (that my sister made me, Thanks Er) on the carrier to see how it looked. Then I thought I ought to try and take it off the base and move the handle up and down and guess what? I can't do it without the use of TWO GOOD HANDS! How am I ever going to get Carson out of the carrier let alone in and out of the Xterra?! I have three weeks left!
Oh Help!

The car seat base is a matter of ease for most people, but it is no less safe if you use the seat belt to buckle the baby seat in and forgo the base. Give that a try. You will be a great mom. challenges will come but you have a loving husband and Father in Heaven that will help you through it all. Keep your spirits up and take it easy. I am excited for you and Corby. Baby Carson will be so cute.
You can do it! I know you can. Have some faith in yourself! You'll be a great mommy!

I even struggle with the carseat locking into the base sometimes.
I know that you will be a great mom and you will find a way to do what needs to be done, despite the challenges.
