Easter

Easter was Fun, but cold!  The boys had fun coloring eggs while watching Hop while the Bigger Boys were at the priesthood session.
On Sunday the boys had fun finding eggs and candy in the front yard and then enjoyed dinner.

Carson's First Baseball Practice

My mom and I signed Carson up for baseball for what seemed months ago and hadn't heard a thing, until this past Tuesday the 31st... his Coach called to say they were meeting for their first practice and to get their uniforms on Friday the 3rd.  He's loved to play with the T-ball set we got him and my mom got him a mitt when she signed him up, he was thrilled because his favorite movie is The Sandlot!  Especially the part where Smalls stands there with his mitt up in the air saying, "please catch it, please catch it", as Benny sends the ball his way.  I'm happy to say he didn't have to do that last night!

He looks okay throwing the ball, but they taught him that he has to step and then throw, and they were all so worried about stepping that they sometimes forgot to look where they were throwing.  We've got to work on that before Thursday.  His running was great though, he loves to run anyway.... It was great fun watching all the kids, the Coach's kid has probably been playing since birth, but the rest of them are at varying degrees of knowing how to play.  All the guys that coach them are great!

Go Cardinals!
